The hydraulic slip ring is composed of 1 and 1 base. 2. A mandrel fixed on the base. 3. At least one slip ring body which is installed on the mandrel through bearing and can rotate on the mandrel. 4. There are also several seals arranged between the surface of the mandrel and the internal surface of the slip ring. 5. A plurality of oil distribution rings are arranged at intervals on the cylindrical surface outside the mandrel, and a plurality of oil distribution pipes with oil inlet which are not connected with each other and are respectively connected with different oil distribution rings are arranged inside. 6. The slip ring body is also provided with at least one oil outlet interface communicated with the oil distribution ring which is different from the surface of the mandrel.


Adopt the following further technical scheme to open sealing grooves on the outer cylindrical surface of the mandrel at intervals, and the seals are installed in these sealing grooves. Because of its own structural characteristics, it can also bear certain axial force. At the same time, the hydraulic slip ring itself is a self balancing element.


What is the principle of hydraulic slip ring?



1. When it is used alone, it introduces pressure oil from the shell of hydraulic power chuck (fixed) into the rotary oil cylinder, which makes the piston move to the right against the spring force and resistance under the action of pressure oil, and drives the wedge block to drive the claw to release the workpiece. During the return trip, the pressure oil can be removed, and the sliding shaft is driven to drive the claw to clamp the workpiece radially by the spring return function.


2. In case of joint use, the two slip rings shall be used in combination. When the oil enters the left cavity of the rotary cylinder and exits the right cavity, the piston rod moves to the right to drive the wedge to drive the claw to release the workpiece. When the oil enters the right chamber of the rotary cylinder and exits the left chamber, the piston rod moves to the left, driving the sliding shaft to drive the claw to clamp the workpiece radially.
